We want to make your treatment a reality and easy to manage. We offer many ways for you to plan for your treatment. AMEX, VISA, MC, AND DISCOVER are accepted and we are pleased to offer CARE CREDIT as an extended means of payment. We accept indeminity dental insurance providing we have all necessary information and can obtain verification. Indemnitiy means you have a choice of your dental provider. Or, you can go "out of network." Usually we will need your Contract Number of your policy, the "800" number for verification, and your social security number. The more information you can give us about your insurance, the better informed we all will be about your financial obligations. Please remember, even with insurance, you will be financially responsible. We do not want surprises from specific
clauses in your contract, so be proactive!! and discuss your policy with your HUMAN RESOURCE DEPT or your employer! Know what you got.
